Instructions

  1. 1. In a large bowl, whisk together all the ingredients until smooth.
  2. 2. Grease a non-stick skillet and heat it over medium heat.
  3. 3. Pour ¼ cup of batter into the skillet and cover with a lid.
  4. 4. Cook for 3-4 minutes until bubbles form, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  5. 5. Repeat with the remaining batter and serve immediately.
