Instructions
- Combine the oats, maca powder, protein powder, yogurt, salt, lemon juice, agave nectar, and plant milk in a saucepan.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer over low-medium heat.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, gradually adding at least 1 cup of water as needed.
- For the caramelized fruit, place banana and orange slices in a non-stick frying pan with agave nectar.
- Cook the fruit for about 2 minutes on each side over high heat until golden brown.
- Serve the oatmeal immediately with the caramelized fruit and other toppings.
