Italian Sausage, Peppers and Onions with Sauce

Rao's Marinara Sauce

Instructions
- Cook the sliced sausage in a skillet until browned, then remove it from the pan.
- While the sausage cooks, slice the peppers and onion and mince the garlic.
- Heat olive oil in the skillet, then sauté the vegetables and garlic until softened.
- Add the sausage back to the pan, then stir in the Marinara sauce and adjust seasoning.
- Alternatively, for the sheet pan method, toss all ingredients with olive oil and bake at 400°F for 40 minutes, stirring halfway through.
