Ingredients

The base

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter

The topping

  • 1 tablespoon jelly or preserves

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except for the jelly in a glass container and mix well.
  2. Cover the container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. In the morning, adjust the consistency with more almond milk if needed.
  4. Swirl in the jelly and enjoy cold.
