Simple Tuna Rotini Salad

chunk light tuna fish, in water, drained

plain Greek yogurt

roasted sweet pepper, chopped

celery, finely chopped

Lebanese cucumber, diced

finely chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions.
- While the pasta is cooking, combine the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl and toss to combine.
- Drain the cooked pasta and rinse it under cold running water.
- Add the cold pasta to the rest of the ingredients and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for about an hour to allow flavors to meld.
