Ingredients

Crust

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

Cheesecake Batter

  • 3 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • cup sour cream
  • ½ cup dulce de leche
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs

Glaze

  • cup dulce de leche
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9x13-inch pan with foil or parchment paper.
  2. Mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and cinnamon, then add melted butter and press into the pan.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes until golden, then cool.
  4. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and sour cream until creamy, then mix in dulce de leche, vanilla, and eggs until just combined.
  5. Spread the cheesecake batter over the cooled crust and bake for 30-35 minutes until the edges are puffed.
  6. Let the cheesecake cool completely.
  7. Heat dulce de leche and heavy cream until pourable, then spread over the cooled cheesecake.
  8. Refrigerate until set before serving.
