Ingredients

The salad

  • 12 oz dry whole wheat pasta
  • 12 oz cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts, chopped
  • 4 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 1 ½ cups shredded carrots

The dressing

  • ½ cup plain fat free Greek yogurt
  • 2 oz crumbled blue cheese
  • cup light blue cheese dressing
  • cup Buffalo wing sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package directions and drain.
  2. Rinse the pasta in cold water and refrigerate for at least an hour until chilled.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the chilled pasta, chicken, lettuce, celery, and carrots.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the blue cheese, Greek yogurt, and blue cheese dressing until smooth.
  5. Add the Buffalo sauce to the mixture and combine well.
  6. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss until well coated.
