Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Lightly spritz the asparagus spears with olive oil and season with pepper.
- Divide the asparagus into 4 bundles.
- Wrap each bundle with a slice of prosciutto and place seam side down on a baking dish.
- Repeat the wrapping with the remaining asparagus and prosciutto.
- Bake for 12 minutes or until the asparagus is tender-crisp.
