Easy Prosciutto-Wrapped Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 10 slices prosciutto
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste none salt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Wrap three stalks of asparagus with one slice of prosciutto and repeat until all are wrapped.
  3. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.
  4. Place the asparagus wraps on the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with fresh lemon zest.
