Whipped Feta Crostini

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and brush a baking sheet with olive oil.
- Arrange baguette slices in a single layer on the sheet and brush the tops with olive oil.
- Bake for 5 minutes, flip the crostini, and bake for another 5 to 6 minutes until golden.
- In a food processor, whip the feta for 30 seconds, then add olive oil, milk or cream, and black pepper, whipping until creamy.
- Spread the whipped feta mixture on each baguette slice and add desired toppings.
