Grandma's Baked Country Style Pork Ribs

For the BBQ Sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with a cooling rack.
- Season the pork ribs with kosher salt and black pepper, then lightly toss in flour.
- Brown the ribs in batches in a large skillet with canola oil for about 15-20 minutes per batch.
- Transfer the browned ribs back to the baking sheet and clean the skillet.
- Mix the BBQ sauce ingredients together in a bowl.
- Place all the ribs back in the skillet, add sliced onions on top, and pour the BBQ sauce over the ribs and onions.
- Cover the skillet tightly and bake for 1 ½ to 2 hours, basting midway through if desired.
- Serve hot with the sauce and onions spooned on top.
