Instructions
- Place the powdered sugar in a large mixing bowl and set aside.
- Measure out the milk and vanilla and set aside.
- Heat the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently.
- Once the butter melts, stir constantly until it turns frothy and brown, then remove from heat.
- Add the milk and vanilla to the powdered sugar, followed by the browned butter.
- Mix with an electric or stand mixer until combined.
- If using for frosting, apply immediately; otherwise, allow to cool and thicken.
