Coconut Rice and Pomegranate Porridge

Instructions
- Rinse the jasmine rice and soak it for 10 minutes.
- Cook the rice according to the instructions, adding coconut oil and salt.
- Once cooked, transfer the rice to a bowl and mix in half of the pomegranate seeds, cinnamon, coconut cream, and maple syrup.
- You can eat it immediately or let it cool in the fridge.
- Before serving, top with the remaining pomegranate seeds and chopped nuts.
- Add more coconut milk and cinnamon if a thinner porridge is desired.
