Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until almost brown.
- Stir in smoked paprika, salt, chili powder, and cayenne to make a paste.
- Add almonds and stir until thoroughly coated.
- Toast the almonds in the skillet until fragrant, about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool in the pan.
- Serve.
