Ingredients

The nuts

  • 3 cups whole raw almonds

The seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon celtic sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until almost brown.
  3. Stir in smoked paprika, salt, chili powder, and cayenne to make a paste.
  4. Add almonds and stir until coated.
  5. Toast almonds in the skillet until fragrant.
  6. Remove from heat and let cool in the pan.
  7. Serve.
