Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix together liquid smoke, olive oil, coconut aminos, and maple syrup.
- Toss the almonds in the liquid mixture until well coated.
- In a separate bowl, combine nutritional yeast, smoked paprika, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
- Remove the almonds from the liquid mixture and toss them in the dry seasoning mixture until evenly coated.
- Spread the almonds in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 8 minutes, stir, then bake for an additional 8 minutes.
