Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease an 8x8 brownie pan.
- In a large bowl, combine almond meal and coconut flour, sifting the coconut flour to avoid clumps.
- Stir in mini chocolate chips.
- In a separate bowl, mix chocolate milk and hot chocolate mix, heating until blended.
- Pour the hot chocolate mixture into the flour mix and fold in the eggs.
- Add melted coconut oil, vanilla, baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt, mixing until smooth.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar or cocoa before serving.
