The filling

Instructions
- Dissolve salt in warm water.
- Mix in masarepa flour and knead until combined.
- Add softened butter and knead again.
- Incorporate shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Divide the dough into 10 balls and flatten them into patties.
- Heat a skillet and grease it with oil or butter.
- Cook arepas for 4 to 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Slice open the arepas, add cheese, and return to skillet until melted.
