Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange the sliced tomatoes on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, and grated parmesan.
- Bake the tomatoes for 20-25 minutes until they begin to char.
- Reduce the oven temperature to 375°F and grease an 8-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mozzarella, ½ cup parmesan, garlic powder, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Spread the cheese mixture in the prepared baking dish and bake for 15 minutes until bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, add the roasted tomatoes and burrata, and bake for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Top with fresh basil and serve with toasted bread.
