Sea Salt Butter Rolls

Instructions
- Combine milk, instant yeast, melted butter, and egg in a stand mixer bowl.
- Add sugar, bread flour, all-purpose flour, and salt, then mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth, then let it proof in a greased bowl for 1 hour.
- After proofing, knock out the air and roll the dough into a 16-inch round.
- Cut the dough into 16 triangles and place a butter cube at the base of each triangle.
- Roll each triangle into a crescent shape and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Let the rolls proof for another 1 ½ hours.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sea salt flakes.
- Bake at 350°F (176°C) for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with butter or fruit preserves.
