Ingredients

The broccoli

  • 2 bunches Broccoli (cut into florets; ~8 cups)

The seasoning

  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Sea salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (204 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss together the broccoli, olive oil, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
  3. Arrange the broccoli in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
  4. Roast on the middle rack for 17-20 minutes, until tender and browned on the edges.
