Flourless Banana Chocolate Chip Bars

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth, measuring out 1 cup.
- Add peanut butter, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, and salt to the bowl and whisk until very smooth.
- Stir in the chocolate chips and pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, topping with extra chocolate chips if desired.
- Bake for 25 minutes, then cool, slice, and enjoy!
