Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and prepare baking sheets.
- Whisk together flour, oats, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth, then add peanut butter, egg, and vanilla.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until mixed.
