Instructions
- Prepare the honey mustard dipping sauce by combining honey, stone ground mustard, smoked paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Prepare the cilantro lime dipping sauce by mixing cilantro, honey, lime juice, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
- In a small bowl, scramble the egg and egg whites for dredging.
- On a flat plate, combine gluten free flour, gluten free panko, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and ancho chili powder for the dry dredge.
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh, and slice each half into 4 strips.
- Dredge each avocado slice in the egg mixture, then coat with the panko mixture, ensuring even coverage.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 2 minutes and spray the rack with cooking spray.
- Place the avocado fries in the air fryer without crowding and air fry for 3 minutes, flip, then air fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Remove the fries from the air fryer, season with salt, and serve with the dipping sauces.
