Instructions
- 1. Use a spiralizer to cut the potatoes with a fine blade and cut the strands into pieces.
- 2. Soak the potatoes in a large bowl filled with water, salt, and baking soda for 1 hour.
- 3. Drain the potatoes and pat them dry.
- 4. Toss the potatoes with the oil in a large bowl.
- 5. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- 6. Arrange the fries in a single layer in the air fryer, cooking in batches if necessary.
- 7. Cook for 11 to 13 minutes, tossing halfway through, until golden brown.
- 8. Sprinkle with seasonings and toss to combine before serving.
