Ingredients

  • 2 pounds russet potatoes, peeled

  • 3 tablespoons avocado oil (or other heat-safe oil)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Use a spiralizer to cut the potatoes with a fine blade and cut the strands into pieces.
  2. 2. Soak the potatoes in a large bowl filled with water, salt, and baking soda for 1 hour.
  3. 3. Drain the potatoes and pat them dry.
  4. 4. Toss the potatoes with the oil in a large bowl.
  5. 5. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  6. 6. Arrange the fries in a single layer in the air fryer, cooking in batches if necessary.
  7. 7. Cook for 11 to 13 minutes, tossing halfway through, until golden brown.
  8. 8. Sprinkle with seasonings and toss to combine before serving.
