Avocado, Corn & Black Bean Burger Patties

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Mix ground flax and water in a small bowl and set aside to thicken.
- In a large bowl, mash the black beans and avocado together, leaving some beans whole.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the bean mixture and stir to combine.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
- Form the mixture into four patties and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 40 minutes, flipping the patties halfway through.
- Serve with your favorite burger toppings.
