Instructions
- Rinse and soak the noodles according to the package instructions, then drain.
- Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a small bowl until well combined.
- Heat a wok over high heat and add the cooking oil, letting it heat up.
- Loosen the noodles and add them to the wok, using chopsticks to stir and toss.
- Add the seasoning mixture to the wok and combine well with the noodles.
- Add the bean sprouts and yellow chives, stirring until they are cooked but still crunchy.
- Remove from heat, dish out the noodles, and top with white sesame seeds before serving.
