The vegetables

bean sprouts, rinsed and drained

scallion, cut into 2-inch lengths
The sauce

oyster sauce

soy sauce

sesame oil

Instructions
- Prepare the noodles according to the package instructions.
- In a small bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients and mix well.
- Heat a wok or skillet over high heat and add the oil.
- Add the garlic and stir-fry until aromatic, then add the shrimp.
- Stir-fry the shrimp until half cooked, then add the cabbage and stir continuously.
- Add the noodles and the sauce, then stir, toss, and flip the noodles for about 1 minute.
- Add the bean sprouts and stir to combine well.
- Once the bean sprouts are cooked, add the scallions, stir a few more times, then serve immediately.
