Instructions
- Toast the pecans in a saucepan over medium heat until fragrant.
- Add coconut oil, cinnamon, and salt to the pan and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in the quinoa and heat through for about a minute.
- Remove from heat and mix in maple syrup.
- Transfer to a bowl and add toppings like dried fruit and seeds.
- Serve immediately with additional maple syrup and milk or yogurt if desired.
