Clean Eating Apple Chicken Sausage

Instructions
- Heat 1 tsp of coconut oil in a large non-stick sauté pan over medium heat.
- Add the onions with a pinch of salt and cook for 2 minutes.
- Toss in the apples and cook for another 2 minutes until tender.
- Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes in a glass bowl.
- Combine the cooled onions and apples with ground chicken, parsley, poultry seasoning, fennel seeds, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Mix everything together and form into 8 equal-sized patties.
- Heat another teaspoon of coconut oil in the pan and sauté the sausage patties for 3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
