Instructions
- Melt cacao butter in a small pot over very low heat.
- Stir in coconut butter and remove from heat.
- Measure dry ingredients using a scale.
- Combine cacao powder, maple sugar, lecithin, vanilla, and salt in a small bowl.
- Grind the dry ingredients in a coffee grinder.
- Mix the dry ingredients into the cacao butter mixture using a whisk.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 20 minutes.
- Whisk the mixture again and dip each strawberry into the chocolate mixture.
- Place dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Remelt the chocolate over very low heat and refrigerate for another 10 minutes.
- Dip each strawberry a second time and refrigerate for an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve the chocolate-covered strawberries.
