Instructions
- Clean the strawberries by rinsing them under cold water or soaking in a vinegar solution for conventionally grown strawberries.
- Dry each strawberry thoroughly with paper towels.
- Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave or using a stovetop method until smooth.
- Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, coating nearly to the top.
- Let excess chocolate run off and place the dipped strawberries on the parchment paper.
- Repeat the dipping process with all strawberries.
- Chill the dipped strawberries in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.
- Optionally, drizzle additional melted chocolate over the hardened strawberries for decoration.
