Instructions
- Wash the strawberries and let them dry completely.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Create a double boiler by simmering water in a small saucepan and placing a bowl on top.
- Add the chocolate and coconut oil to the bowl and stir until melted.
- Dip each strawberry by the stem into the melted chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.
- Place the dipped strawberries on the lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate the strawberries for 30 minutes to set the chocolate.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
