Ingredients

The chocolate

  • 6 ounces chocolate
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil

The strawberries

  • 16 ounces strawberries

Instructions

  1. Wash the strawberries and let them dry completely.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  3. Create a double boiler by simmering water in a small saucepan and placing a bowl on top.
  4. Add the chocolate and coconut oil to the bowl and stir until melted.
  5. Dip each strawberry by the stem into the melted chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.
  6. Place the dipped strawberries on the lined baking sheet.
  7. Refrigerate the strawberries for 30 minutes to set the chocolate.
  8. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
