Whole-Wheat Naan

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees F.
- Combine water, yeast, and sugar in a bowl and let it sit until foamy.
- Mix flour and salt in a stand mixer bowl.
- Add oil, yogurt, and egg to the yeast mixture, then combine with the flour mixture until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough until it is smooth, adjusting with flour or water as necessary.
- Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let it rise in the warm oven until doubled in size (about 45 minutes to 1 hour).
- Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
- Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and roll each into a ball, then flatten to about 5 inches in diameter.
- Cook each naan in the skillet with ghee or olive oil until browned on both sides.
- Brush with melted butter and keep warm until serving.
- Serve with hummus and parsley if desired.
