Pork Burgers with Feta Mustard

Instructions
- Combine garlic powder, coriander, fennel, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Add ground pork and mix gently until evenly distributed, then form into 6 patties.
- Preheat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat and cook patties for 3 to 5 minutes per side until they reach 160°F.
- While cooking, mix feta cheese, mayonnaise, and mustard in a small bowl.
- Drain 2 to 3 pickled beet slices per burger.
- Transfer cooked burgers to a plate and keep warm under foil.
- Toast the cut sides of the buns with butter until golden brown.
- Assemble the burgers by spreading feta mustard on the bottom of each bun, topping with a burger and pickled beet slices.
