Easy Broiled Shrimp

Honey Butter Sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to high broil and prepare a baking sheet with tin foil or non-stick spray.
- Pat the shrimp dry and mix them in a bowl with olive oil and cajun seasoning until fully coated.
- Transfer the shrimp to the baking sheet and broil for 4 minutes, flipping at the 2-minute mark.
- Once cooked and firm, remove the shrimp from the oven and let them rest on a plate.
- In the meantime, whisk together melted butter, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper for the sauce.
- Serve the shrimp with the honey butter sauce or over pasta or rice.
