Instructions
- Preheat the smoker to 120°C (250°F) using your preferred hardwood.
- Brush the beef tenderloin with olive oil.
- Mix the sea salt, black pepper, dried parsley, and garlic powder, then rub the mixture over the beef.
- Place the beef on the smoker away from direct heat and smoke for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 110°F.
- Transfer the beef to a hot grill or cast iron skillet and sear on all sides for 5 minutes.
- Let the beef rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
