Fudgy Caramilk Brownies

Caramilk chocolate or Caramilk baking chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and grease and line an 8x8-inch baking tin.
- In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugars until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs until frothy and then fold them into the butter mixture.
- Gently stir in the cocoa powder and vanilla extract until combined.
- Fold in the Caramilk chocolate chunks.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared tin and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely before slicing into squares.
