Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups Almond Flour
  • ¼ cup Bob's Red Mill Golden Flax meal
  • ¼ cup whey protein powder
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Low carb brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and select a 9-inch pie plate.
  2. Powder the sweetener in a coffee grinder or food processor.
  3. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  4. Melt the butter and pour it over the dry mixture, mixing until incorporated.
  5. Press the mixture firmly into the pie plate and dock it with a fork.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes until golden and set, then cool before using.
