Instructions
- Blend the cookies in a high-speed blender or food processor until fine crumbs remain.
- Measure out 1 ½ cups of the crumbs and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the sweetener and melted butter to the bowl and mix until combined.
- Transfer the mixture to an 8 or 9-inch pie plate and press it firmly into place.
- Refrigerate the crust for at least an hour before using.
