Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Yogurt Cookies

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. In a bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, yogurt, brown sugar, oats, eggs, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
- 3. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
- 4. Use an ice cream scoop to place dollops of cookie dough on the parchment paper, leaving a ½-inch gap between each.
- 5. If desired, sprinkle flaky sea salt on top of the cookies.
- 6. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the tops start to crack.
- 7. Allow the cookies to cool before serving.
