Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and prepare a baking tray.
- In a large bowl, combine the oats, chia seeds, sea salt, and cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl, mix the mashed bananas, Greek yogurt, almond butter, and maple syrup until well combined.
- Combine the wet and dry mixtures, then fold in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop ¼ cup of the dough onto the baking tray, shaping them into cookies and pressing a slice of banana on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and the banana is caramelized.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
