Gluten-free Harvest Apple Crisp

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine sugar, coconut milk, and cinnamon, stirring until well combined.
- 3. Add the sliced apples and stir until all apples are coated.
- 4. Pour the apple mixture into a 9x13 baking dish.
- 5. In a separate bowl, mix flour, sugar, and cinnamon.
- 6. Cut in the coconut oil using two knives until a crumble forms, adding more oil as needed.
- 7. Sprinkle the topping over the apple mixture.
- 8. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown, then let it cool slightly before serving.
