Homemade Whipped Cream

Instructions
- Chill your mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for at least 15 minutes.
- Combine the chilled heavy cream, sweetener, and vanilla extract in the bowl.
- Blend the mixture starting at low speed, then increase to medium-high.
- Continue blending until the cream nearly doubles in size, progressing through soft, medium, and stiff peaks.
- Stop blending once you reach the desired peak consistency.
- Use the whipped cream as desired, and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
