Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey or powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Chill your mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Combine the chilled heavy cream, sweetener, and vanilla extract in the bowl.
  3. Blend the mixture starting at low speed, then increase to medium-high.
  4. Continue blending until the cream nearly doubles in size, progressing through soft, medium, and stiff peaks.
  5. Stop blending once you reach the desired peak consistency.
  6. Use the whipped cream as desired, and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
