Seven Cheese Pizza Roll Ups

Instructions
- Prepare the dough by mixing warm water, yeast, and sugar, and let it sit until creamy.
- Mix flour and salt in another bowl, then combine with the yeast mixture and knead until a ball forms.
- Let the dough rest covered for 5 minutes, then knead again until the right consistency is achieved.
- Oil a bowl, place the dough inside, cover, and let it rise until doubled in size (about 40 minutes).
- Divide the dough, let each piece rise again until doubled (about 2 hours).
- Roll out one piece of dough into a rectangle, spread pizza sauce, and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Roll the dough tightly from the long side and seal the edges with water.
- Brush the roll with beaten egg and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serve with pizza sauce for dipping.
