Instructions
- Preheat the waffle iron.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and then add the milk, sour cream, melted butter, brown sugar, and molasses.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Spray the waffle iron with non-stick spray.
