Ingredients

  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter
  • 11 ounces white chocolate, chopped fine
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces freeze-dried strawberries, crushed

Instructions

  1. Simmer the heavy cream and butter in a small saucepan.
  2. Place the white chocolate in a bowl and pour the warm cream and butter over it.
  3. Whisk until the chocolate is melted.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Refrigerate for about 2 hours until firm enough to scoop.
  6. Scoop using a small cookie scoop and roll into 1-inch balls.
  7. Sprinkle with crushed strawberries and chill until set.
