Strawberry Truffles

freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
Instructions
- Simmer the heavy cream and butter in a small saucepan.
- Place the white chocolate in a bowl and pour the warm cream and butter over it.
- Whisk until the chocolate is melted.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Refrigerate for about 2 hours until firm enough to scoop.
- Scoop using a small cookie scoop and roll into 1-inch balls.
- Sprinkle with crushed strawberries and chill until set.
