Best Ever Green Beans

Instructions
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat and add sliced almonds, cooking until browned.
- Add shallots and cook for an additional minute, then stir in lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of water until thickened.
- Transfer the almond mixture to a bowl and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add green beans, ½ cup water, and ½ teaspoon salt, covering and cooking until nearly tender.
- Remove the lid and cook over medium-high heat until the liquid evaporates.
- Combine the reserved almond mixture with the cooked green beans, season to taste, and serve.
