Blender Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients

  • 8 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 4 large Egg yolks
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • ½ tsp Sea salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a glass measuring cup or small saucepan.
  2. Blend the egg yolks and lemon juice in a blender at high speed for 10 seconds.
  3. Remove the center cap of the blender and slowly pour in the melted butter in a thin stream while blending.
  4. Season with sea salt to taste and blend until desired consistency is reached.
