Instructions
- Melt the butter in a glass measuring cup or small saucepan.
- Blend the egg yolks and lemon juice in a blender at high speed for 10 seconds.
- Remove the center cap of the blender and slowly pour in the melted butter in a thin stream while blending.
- Season with sea salt to taste and blend until desired consistency is reached.
