Paleo Hazelnut Chocolate Chip Cookies

The cookie dough

Hu Kitchen hazelnut paleo chocolate bar, roughly chopped

almond flour

coconut flour

ground flaxseed meal

coconut sugar

olive oil

baking soda
Toppings

sea salt

chopped hazelnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk the egg.
- Add the olive oil, coconut sugar, almond flour, coconut flour, ground flaxseed, and baking soda to the egg and mix well.
- Gently fold in the chopped chocolate, reserving some for topping.
- Use a cookie scoop to drop the dough onto the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle any remaining chocolate on top of the cookies.
- Bake for approximately 12 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sea salt and optional chopped hazelnuts.
